7. Payments & Royalty
- Nexokee does not charge authors for publishing
- Approved authors may receive 35% royalty on MRP, subject to actual sales
- Payment terms are defined separately in the Royalty Policy
8. Limitation of Liability
Nexokee shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or opportunity
- Errors or omissions in published content
